RETURN & REFUND POLICY

You can return your order for whatever you need: a different product, size, color, or credit for future purchases.

 

You can also request a refund to the original payment method you used for your order, with a fee of €2.90. We will process the refund once your return has reached our warehouse and we have checked its condition.

 

We offer a full refund for the cost of the products but not for the shipping costs paid when the order was placed through laaut.com.

 

Remember, you have 30 days from the delivery date!

 

Important: We do not offer free returns outside of Spain. Return costs must be covered by the customer.

 

Customers in the Canary Islands will be responsible for any customs fees if applicable for the returned order to reach our warehouse.
